4 Steps to Finding Your Path
Step 1: Assess
Begin your journey to finding your path with our in-depth online vocation assessment, called Career Direct. We focus on four areas of self-awareness: personality, interests, skills, and values.
Step 2: 1-on-1
Our certified consultant spends 2 hours with you 1-on-1, breaking down and talking through the assessment’s comprehensive report. We identify your trends to boost your results and pinpoint where to go next.
Step 3: Investigate
Your report is used as the foundation for the very first course in our career program. Under the guidance of an academic pastor, you study the biblical view of vocation and how it relates to choosing a career from the options you’ve discovered.
Step 4: Test Drive!
Explore potential vocations through research, interviews, and job shadowing as you narrow down your choices to the career that best fits you. At the same time, learn vital job skills such as creating a resume, interviewing, and building a portfolio.
